Chroma
A color based synth app, Chroma takes color data from your camera, or imported animations, and maps it to midi notes using a choice of methods.
Optimised for Android, sorry, iOS is currently buggy.

Mapping Modes:
Scriabin – Uses Alexander Scriabin’s color-to-key correspondences as the basis for mapping hue values into musical pitch relationships.
Synesthesia – Maps hue, saturation, and brightness directly onto primary synthesis parameters such as pitch, amplitude, and filter position.
Information Theory – Derives control values from image-data properties such as contrast, brightness distribution, local variation, and entropy-like complexity.
Physics – Maps visible-spectrum relationships into synthesis controls using wavelength-inspired ordering and brightness-based intensity values.
Psychedelic – Applies nonlinear and exaggerated color transformations before routing the resulting values into synthesis parameters.
